The gamezone big stepper is the plank walk race. It is a Team Building activity that requires lots of teamwork and communication. The team members need to work as one to complete the race. Three to four team members stand on two wooden planks with their feet tied to the plank. They then comminicate to walk on step at a time and moving each plank one step forward.

Syncronization and coordination among the participating members of a team is necessary in order to win the race. The objective of the game is to work together as a team to get to the finish line.
