1. A minimum 50% payment deposit must be made at least a week to the date of the event(full payment can be made as well). If a deposit is made, payment must be completed on the day of the event. Kindly note that late confirmation will come with a late processing fee of  150ghc. 

2. Persons who rent games are 100% responsible for the game while it is in their possession. Any damage or loss of any part of the game rented  will attract a replacement charge in addition to the amount charged for the rental.

3. Rental prices are per day hence after 24 hours elapse, persons will pay for another day if the game remains in their possession.

4. After 24 hours of the final booking, any change in date may attract a price increment.

5. A complete cancellation by the contracting party for any reasons after any payments have been made will not guarantee a full refund but an 80% refund.

6. Persons must provide the information of a 3rd party before games can be rented(Not applicable to companies)

7. Persons must pay the full cost of delivery for the games to and from their location before the game will be delivered. The price for delivery depends on the location of the event. 

8. By renting games from us, you acknowledge that once the rental transaction is completed, there’ll be no refund regardless of whether every game rented is played at the event or not.

9. Coordinators can be provided upon request for an additional fee.
