Gamezone event terms

1. A minimum 50% payment deposit must be made at least one week before the event. Full payment may also be made. If a deposit is made, payment must be completed on the day of the event. Late confirmation attracts a GHC 150 processing fee.
2. Persons who rent games are fully responsible for them while they are in their possession. Damage or loss of any part attracts a replacement charge in addition to the rental fee. Please note: All replacements must be completed within 48 hours. Failure to do so will attract daily fees.
3. Rental prices are per day. Once 24 hours elapse, another day will be charged if the game remains in your possession.
4. After 24 hours of the final booking, a change in date may attract a price increase.
5. A complete cancellation by the contracting party after payment does not guarantee a full refund; an 80% refund applies.
6. Individuals must provide the information of a third party before games can be rented. This does not apply to companies.
7. Delivery is not included in game-package prices. The customer pays the full cost of delivery to and from the event location before delivery. The delivery charge is calculated separately based on the event location.
8. Once the rental transaction is completed, there is no refund regardless of whether every rented game is played.
9. Coordinator terms: Where a package states “Coordinator included,” the package price assumes that food will be provided for each coordinator. If food is not provided, the coordinator rate of GH₵400 applies. Easy Play does not include a coordinator.
10. Additional coordinators may be requested and will be charged at the applicable rate.
